Grace Fellowship Benevolence Team

God has a lot of wise and wonderful things to say about how we can successfully manage all our resources (not just the money).  Many times we need help understanding His plan for the resources He’s given us and just how to put it into practice.  Grace Fellowship has a team of people ready to come alongside you to do just that.  All team members have completed the Crown Financial Small Group study which gives an in-depth, life-changing look at what God has to say about money and all He has entrusted to our care.  All members have completed the 12 week Money Map Coaching training and have received their certification from Crown Financial Ministries.  Team members can now help people apply biblical financial principles leading to true financial freedom.  

Mission Statement: The Benevolence Ministry exists to show kindness, compassion and mercy to those who are a part of Grace Fellowship that come to us with needs by supplying a tangible demonstration of God’s love.

Who Will This Ministry Serve?  The primary target is the congregation at Grace (Gal.6:10).  Special ministry focused is on but not limited to widows and orphans (James 1:27), and single parents (Ps. 68:5).

How Will Those Services Be Provided?  Team members will assess needs, respond to needs within 72 hours, develop a follow-up plan for each assistance recipient, express compassion and mercy, and function as accountability partners with recipients as needed.

How Does Someone Tap Into All This?  Call the church office (987-7763).  At that time basic information will be gathered which will immediately be forwarded to the Benevolence Team.  A team member will make contact with the caller to assess the situation and begin formulating a response that effectively meets both the immediate and long-term needs.   All this happens under the highest level of confidentiality and respect.  The team is committed to God-honoring integrity in all that they do.
