Letter from the Search Committee

12 months ago, you entrusted the Search Committee of Grace Church with the responsibility of earnestly and humbly seeking the Lord’s will for the next Lead Teaching Pastor of Grace Church. From the beginning, we have relied on prayer, fasting, Scripture, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

After many listening sessions and an extensive interview process involving a broad group of candidates, the Lord brought clarity and unity to our committee. Through this process, the Search Committee unanimously identified the man we believe God is calling to serve as the next Lead Teaching Pastor of Grace Church. 

With great joy and gratitude, we present  Kyle Mitchel, current Lead Pastor at  CityWON Church  in Levensworth, Kansas, to come in View of a Call. Through months of prayerful conversation, we are confident that Pastor Kyle demonstrates the biblical qualifications, spiritual maturity, and leadership skills needed to shepherd our church faithfully into the future.

The Pastor Search Committee is unanimous in recommending Pastor  as the next Lead Teaching Pastor candidate of Grace Church. We encourage you to join us in prayerful preparation as we seek the Lord together in this important moment in the life of our church.
